Switch activated. One or more switches-- strategically placed by the manufacturer-- raise, lower and lock all roll-up doors.

Manual override. To raise, lower or lock when power is off.

Nylon drive sprockets. Ensures smooth, quiet operation.

Safety resistance. 20-lb. closing torque avoids damage to equipment or personnel by automatically stopping when meeting resistance.
