Background: Sal is a graduate of Iona College, in New Rochelle, NY, with a BBA Degree having majored in Marketing. He is a versatile manager with an extensive account and sales management background for companies such as Sara Lee Knit Products and American Home Products. His experience with these organizations, along with operating his own company for seven years, proves him highly capable of managing a diverse product line and establishing good rapport with customers.

Background: Titus joined R·O·M in 2011, gaining valuable product information working with the roll-up door line in production. Before joining R·O·M, he also had experience in foodservice. After graduating from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, Titus and his wife relocated to the Kansas City area, where they have family. He enjoys writing and outdoor activities, especially hiking in the Appalachian Mountains in his native Virginia.
