Now, we have introduced a bulkhead system which provides an optimal balance between performance and cost savings. The ThermowarrioR provides the maximum temperature control you expect from R·O·M, and it features reversible side, top and bottom seals. When the seals begin to show performance-reducing wear, simply remove the fasteners, rotate the seals and you have brand-new seal protection.

- Modular design for optimal temp control, water resistance and cost savings. All parts are replaceable.
- Light weight (less than 90 lbs on a standard bulkhead)

- Polystyrene closed cell foam core provides optimal strength, moisture resistance and density for insulation
- Closed cell polyethylene foam provides impact resistance and strengthens the core
- Vinyl coated polyester outer skin ensures water resistance and temp control
- High-visibility yellow skin
- High density polyethylene (HDPE) perimeter increases rigidity of core and secures mounting of seal channel
- Patent-pending reversible side, corner and top seals means extended life for the bulkhead.
- 3-inch polyurethane foam protected by ballistic nylon sleeve.
- Extruded HDPE Seal Retaining Channel protects unused seal and increases strength of bulkhead
- Ballistic Nylon Sleeve covering side seal increases water repellency and creates lower coefficient of friction than other vinyl types when installing
- Custom seal lengths are easily and quickly manufactured on demand
- Corner seals on the top and side and the bottom portion of side seals are interchangeable 12-inch parts.
- No slits are cut into the seals for accessing the replacement screws. In competing bulkheads, these slits expose the seal and compromise the foam's integrity.
- Offset holes ensure a tight fit when the seals are rotated/reversed 180° on their axis and re-fastened.
- Easily accessible fasteners make reversing or replacing seals a simple process in the field ... no need to take the bulkhead out of service.
- Plastic strips integrated into the foam seal provide anchors for the fasteners.
