Options
The following are optional additions to the standard LoadMaker insulated bulkhead system:
Additional DuroSeal. Additional DuroSeal wear protection for high-wear areas such as track locations and top corners extends the life of your bulkhead and reduces maintenance costs.
DuroFan. Temperature fan controls transference of temperature between compartments.
- Features a low profile motor which moves 750 cubic feet of air per minute.
- Mode control provides off, continuous fan and automatic thermostat control.
- Reduces energy usage with high-efficiency motor and light-weight design.
- Dual temperature indicators from -40° F to 60° F in frozen and perishable compartments.
- Enclosed thermostat is housed within the framework so that nothing is exposed to damage. Operates from -20° F to 80° F.
- Designed for international markets with Centigrade and Fahrenheit readings and 12- and 24-volt operation.
Optional Vent. Adjusts to control air circulation and allows transference of air between compartments without adding another reefer unit.
Additional E- or F- Track Straps. Additional track straps may be added to meet your exact system requirements.
Double Swing Hinge. Allows bulkhead to easily open in either direction for convenience and flexibility in loading products without removing the bulkhead from the trailer.
Scuff Plate. Provides increased protection from pallets and forklifts to the high-wear bottom 1/4 of the bulkhead to extend the life of your bulkhead and reduce maintenance.
