Flexible core design. Recovers quickly from abuse and remains resilient over the life of the bulkhead to prevent sagging.
Vinyl skin. Uniquely bonded to the inner core to reduce wear and the damage associated with punctures, tears and abrasion. It is pressure washable and easily repaired in the field.
Air-tight seals. The 3" high density foam, encapsulated within urethane vinyl, prevents moisture penetration, produces air tight seals that create compartment temperature integrity and reduce fuel and maintenance costs associated with the refrigeration unit.
DuroSeal protection. Exclusive DuroSeal protection for high-wear areas significantly extends the life of the bulkhead and reduces maintenance costs.
Tough hardware. Bolted, recessed hardware with backup plates are bonded to the skin, transferring loads to prevent pull through and snagging.
Lightweight. At approximately 82 lbs., it's lightweight and easy to handle.
Lifetime warranty. Lifetime warranty on core delamination and on DuroSeal bottom, corner, and track seals.
