Features
Reversible Panels. When the lower half of a panel begins to wear from forklift or other abuse, simply rotate the panel 180°, effectively doubling the panel's life. (Track must be equidistant from the ceiling to top track and trailer floor to bottom track).
Interchangeable Panels. There are no "end panels," locking panels or fixed positions the panels must stay in. Each panel has the same tongue-in-groove male and female fittings, so any panel can be installed in any location along the system’s track.
Maximum Compression. Seal is built into the track to prevent temperature escape and ensure product integrity.
Flanged Track. Provides faster set up and take down and offers ease of movement along the track for positioning panels.
Patented core. Patented, high density foam provides flexibility while ensuring structural integrity.
DuroSkin Protection. Specially formulated polyurethane coating, a durable material similar to a truck bed liner, protects the bulkhead’s skin.
DuroSeal Protection. Exclusive DuroSeal protection for high-wear areas significantly extends the life of the bulkhead and reduces maintenance costs.
Lightweight. Each panel weighs 30% less than competing systems.
Flexible. When impacted, the bulkhead will bend, and even pop out of the tracks if the impact is great enough, but will not break.
